With forty years of working in the building industry, our director and experienced building inspector, Chris Prestridge, can be relied upon to pick up on any issues in your new home and ensure your family’s safety.
Chris has always strived to further his knowledge base within the industry and in doing so has become a fully licensed and insured carpenter, joiner, builder, asbestos remover, building inspector and accredited methamphetamine inspector.
In addition to his accreditations and industry experience, Chris is also the owner and active builder in our parent company, IMC Constructions Pty Ltd. In this position, he is able to keep up to date with current trends in materials and designs used within the Brisbane property market and give you the best advice possible.
