You do need to understand what your building inspection report says.
Building inspection reports, particularly building & pest reports, are often 20 or more pages of detailed information.
If you don’t understand anything – please call Chris so he can explain further.
Chris may also help if you can’t figure out the impact it may have on your purchase contract.
Once again, Chris is always at the end of the phone to help anyone with figuring this part out.
We have never issued a building inspection report with zero maintenance items on it.
So the chances are pretty high, that there will be items on there that need some attention from you when you do move in.
We suggest having another read once you have finalised the sale, and prioritise the work that you are going to have to attend to yourself.
